Activists deliver aid to Cubans amid US fuel blockade

The U.S. fuel blockade imposed on Cuba in January has created an energy crisis that is challenging every sector of the economy. Food prices have soared. Hospitals are limiting surgeries. Blackouts are common. But help -- in the form of humanitarian aid from activists -- has arrived. CGTN's Luis Chirino reports.
