Jazz pianist Liu Dongfeng and Cuban drummer Redy Cobas Hinojosa have joined forces to present an extraordinary exploration that blended different genres for a special musical episode of The Vibe. They skillfully fused jazz with traditional Chinese melodies and Afro-Cuban rhythms, creating a vibrant and unique musical tune. During the live performance, they delivered dual renditions of the classic Chinese piece "Jasmine Flower" - one following the traditional style, and the other reimagining it as jazz music.
